Your information
Effective October 27, 2026
Providence One Group is an independent life insurance agency. This policy explains what information we collect through providenceonegroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill out our contact form, quote-request form or booking form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and the amount and type of coverage you are interested in. Some forms also let you share optional details such as a beneficiary, a comfortable monthly budget, smoking status, or a message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit. We do not sell this information.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare insurance quotes, schedule and hold consultations, and follow up with you about the coverage you asked about.
To provide a quote or apply for a policy, we may share the details you provide with insurance carriers we work with. Carriers handle that information under their own privacy policies.
We also use trusted service providers — for example, for calendar scheduling and managing customer communications — who may only use your information to provide those services to us.
By submitting a form, you agree that Providence One Group may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and access is limited to people who need it to help you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you, maintain business records, and meet legal and regulatory requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, email tony@providenceonegroup.com or call 833-499-5017.
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
